UF-IS6101XGP90 is a mini industrial 10G PoE++ media converter providing non-blocking wire-speed performance and great flexibility for 10 Gigabit Ethernet extension in harsh industrial environment. It is equipped with one 10/100/1G/2.5G/5G/10G 802.3bt PoE++ copper port and one 10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100BASE-X SFP+ fiber optic port delivered in an IP40 rugged but compact-sized case with redundant power system. The UF-IS6101XGP90 delivers a speed of up to 10Gbps over both copper and fiber-optic cabling, enhancing data transmission efficiency. Its 10GBASE-T copper interface with 6-speed auto-negotiation (10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100M/10M) allows for high-speed data transfer over the existing Cat6/Cat6A cabling, avoiding costly upgrades. Furthermore, its IEEE802.3bt compatibility enables direct powering of Wi-Fi 7 APs, adding to its versatile network capabilities.
The 10GBASE-X SFP+ fiber-optic interfaces support multiple speeds—10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100BASE-X —allowing administrators to select the appropriate SFP/SFP+ transceiver based on distance and speed requirements. The device also supports flexible conversion between multi-mode and single-mode fiber, extending transmission distances from 300 meters to 80 kilometers using 10GBASE-SR or 10GBASE-LR modules.
The UF-IS6101XGP90 is ideal for wide applications from copper to fiber media conversion wherever 10Gigabit bandwidth is required in climatically demanding environments with wide temperature ranging from -40 to 80 degrees C. The Ethernet port supports full-duplex mode. Users can use different type of SFP+ modules (single-mode/multi-mode fiber, 1/2 core) as needed.
