The UF-HD460B series 4K60Hz HDMI & Bi-Di RS232/RS485 Fiber Optic Extender is a professional, broadcast-grade optical transmission system independently developed with proprietary intellectual property. Integrating years of industry expertise and advanced optical technology, it enables uncompressed, zero-latency transmission of 1-channel forward 4K@60Hz HDMI video and 1-channel bi-directional serial data over a fiber optical cable. Using single-mode fiber, it extends signals up to 10km, while optional SFP modules allow multi-mode fiber extension up to 300m over OM3.
Designed for flexible field setup and fixed installations, the system supports a wide-voltage power input range of DC 5V–30V and features dual power supply interfaces (DC 5.5×2.1mm locking jack and USB Type-C). Constructed with imported optical transceivers and core components on a multi-layer PCB, it provides exceptional stability, strong anti-interference performance, wide operating temperature support, and resistance to lightning, power surges, and electromagnetic radiation.
► Uncompressed 4K@60Hz Video: Fully compliant with HDMI 2.0 standards, delivering zero-latency, uncompressed 4K@60Hz video transmission.
► HDCP & EDID Compliance: Supports HDCP 1.4 / 2.2 / 2.3 encryption for content protection. Utilizes EDID transparent pass-through mode for automatic parameter matching between displays and signal sources.
► Bi-Directional Serial Data Control: Features transparent pass-through for bi-directional RS232 (default) or RS485 (factory customizable) data.
► Pluggable Hot-Swappable SFP+ Slot: Modular SFP design supports hot-swapping. Allows flexible replacement of SFP modules (multi-mode or long-range single-mode) for cost-effective deployment and easy maintenance.
► Dual Power Interface & Wide Input Range: Supports DC 5V–30V wide voltage input with dual powering options via DC 5.5×2.1mm or USB Type-C.
► Comprehensive LED Indicators: Provides real-time visual feedback for power, video signal, optical link, and data communication status.
► Plug and Play: Hardware-based design requires no software installation or field tuning.
