UF-CM10G is high-performance 10G SFP+ optical media converter,
Using Optical - Electrical conversion, realize the optical signal equilibrium
amplification, clock extraction and optical regeneration, and with WDM (DWDM /
CWDM) technology, can achieve optical signals transmit in a single fiber by
single or multiple way over a long distance. On the existing network
infrastructure, it can quickly improve the communication capacity, expand the
bandwidth, while using low cost and high cost-effective solutions to manage and
operate the system, easy operation and maintenance.
The UF-CM10G is a multi speed 100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10GBase-T
RJ45 port to 10GBase-X SFP/SFP+ slot un-managed fiber media converter. The SFP+
port can work with any 10G rated SFP+ such as SR, LR, ER, ZR, BiDi, CWDM or
DWDM type. RJ45 port works at multiple rates, set through DIP switches: 100M,
1G, 2.5G, 5G or 10GBase-T speed. LED indicators signal the power status of the
converter, UTP Link and FX port Link. Used with their compatible UF-R12 fiber
optic chassis they can be aggregated up to 12 units in a 19" wide and only
1RU of height space only. This is the highest density attainable for unmanaged
fiber media converters. The UF-CM10G 10G media converter is a very affordable
solution for 10G Ethernet media conversion.
