The UTP 2-Port Gigabit PoE Extender adds up to 100 m (328 ft.) to the connection distance from a PoE source to two output devices via Cat5e or Cat6 cable. 1-2 ports support IEEE 802.3af/at standard POE power supply, and the POE power of a single port is up to 30 Watt. The POE extender does not need to be connected to an additional power supply. Its power supply is placed at the end of a 100 m network cable from a POE switch. It can extend the network and POE power supply for another 100m at full rate. As a POE power supply device, it can automatically detect and identify the compliant power receiving devices and supply power to them through network cables. POE terminals such as wireless AP, webcams, Internet telephones, and visual access control intercom can be powered by network cables, which can meet the requirements for high-density POE power supply in the network environment and can be used for twist-pair POE transmission applications within 200 meters without loss of bandwidth. Suitable for hotels, campuses, parks, scenic spots, factory dormitories and SMB small and medium-sized enterprises to establish an economical and efficient network.
